At DJ Supply, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return a product. Below you will find our policy regarding returns.

Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Products

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept your return at no additional cost. It is important to us that our products meet your expectations.
• Non-Defective Products: If you decide to return a non-defective product, we are willing to take the product back, provided it meets the conditions described in this policy.

New and Lightly Used Products

• New Products: Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
• Lightly Used Products: We accept returns of lightly used products, provided they are in their original packaging and include all supplied accessories.

Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

• In-Store: Products can be returned at any DJ Supply store.
• By Mail: Returns can also be sent by mail to our return address. Please contact our customer service for the correct address and procedure.

Restocking Fees

For non-defective products, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be charged. Defective products are accepted without a restocking fee.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the amount to appear in your account.
