Statutory Cooling-Off Period
As a consumer, you may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This is the statutory right of withdrawal.

You are not required to provide a reason for your withdrawal.
Returning the Product
After canceling your purchase, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Carefully package the product and include all accompanying parts and accessories. Using the original packaging is desirable. However, during the statutory cooling-off period, this is not an absolute condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Please contact us before shipping. You will then receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Return Costs
If your return falls within our return policy, DJ Supply will cover the cost of the return label we provide to you.
If you choose a different shipping method without consultation, we cannot reimburse these shipping costs.
Always keep proof of shipment until we have fully processed your return.
Refund After Return
After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase amount. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the costs of standard delivery.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal at the latest. We may wait until we have received the product. We may also wait until you have demonstrated that the product has been returned.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order. We will only deviate from this if you expressly agree to a different payment method.
Diminished Value During the Statutory Cooling-Off Period
During the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, we do not charge standard restocking fees.
You may inspect and assess the product as would reasonably be possible in a store. If you have used it more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may charge for any demonstrable diminished value.
We assess any diminished value separately for each return.
Additional Return Option up to 30 Days
In addition to the statutory cooling-off period, DJ Supply offers consumers a voluntary return option up to 30 days after receipt.
If you register the return after the statutory cooling-off period but within these 30 days, the product must be complete, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
For a non-defective product that can no longer be sold as new, a deduction may apply. This deduction is a maximum of 15% of the purchase price.

We will inform you of any deduction before definitively processing the return.
This additional return option does not limit your statutory rights during the first 14 days.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Delivered Product
Have you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product? Please contact our customer service. This will not be treated as a regular return due to the statutory cooling-off period.
We will provide an appropriate solution and cover the necessary return costs. There will be no deduction for restocking or diminished value if you did not cause the problem.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For some products, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. This may apply to, among others:

Products manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene after the seal has been broken.

Sealed audio recordings, video recordings, and software whose seal has been broken.

Digital content whose delivery has begun with your express consent and where you have acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
An exception only applies if it is legally applicable. Furthermore, we must have clearly informed you about this before the purchase.
Business Purchases
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Return requests for business purchases are assessed separately.
