Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Products
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept your return at no extra cost. It is important to us that our products meet your expectations.
- Non-Defective Products: If you decide to return a non-defective product, we are willing to accept the product back, provided it meets the conditions described in this policy.
New and Lightly Used Products
- New Products: Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.

Restocking Fees
For non-defective products, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply. Defective products are accepted without a restocking fee.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the amount to appear in your account.
