The AlphaTheta (Pioneer DJ) CDJ-3000X is the long-awaited successor to the iconic CDJ-3000. With a refreshed design, more powerful technology, and convenient new features, the CDJ-3000X once again elevates the club standard. This player was designed by the same engineering team and is produced in the same factory as the CDJ-3000 – so you can count on the same reliability, but with the latest innovations.

At DJ Supply, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return a product. Below you will find our policy regarding returns.

Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Products

• Defective products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept your return at no additional cost. It is important to us that our products meet your expectations.
• Non-Defective Products: If you decide to return a non-defective product, we are willing to take the product back, provided it meets the conditions described in this policy.

New and Lightly Used Products

• New Products: Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
• Lightly Used Products: We accept returns of lightly used products, provided they are in their original packaging and include all supplied accessories.

Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

Return Methods

• In-Store: Products can be returned at any DJ Supply store.
• By Mail: Returns can also be sent by mail to our return address. Please contact our customer service for the correct address and procedure.

Restocking Fees

For non-defective products, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be charged. Defective products are accepted without a restocking fee.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the amount to appear in your account.

2. You will receive instructions for returning your product.
3. Ensure the product is well-packaged and includes all original documentation.
4. Send your package to the specified address or bring it to one of our stores.
