Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Products

• Defective products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept your return at no additional cost. It is important to us that our products meet your expectations.
• Non-Defective Products: If you decide to return a non-defective product, we are willing to take the product back, provided it meets the conditions described in this policy.

New and Lightly Used Products

• New Products: Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
• Lightly Used Products: We accept returns of lightly used products, provided they are in their original packaging and include all supplied accessories.

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

• By Post: Returns can also be sent by post to our return address. Please contact our customer service for the correct address and procedure.

Restocking Fees

For non-defective products, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be charged. Defective products will be accepted without a restocking fee.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
