The UDG Creator AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ Hardcase is specially designed to transport your XDJ-AZ safely and easily. The hardcase is made from lightweight, compression-molded Durashock EVA foam and offers reliable protection against bumps, scratches, and splashes.

The exterior consists of durable and water-repellent 600D polyester. Inside, a soft fleece lining and egg-crate foam protect your XDJ-AZ from vibrations and shocks. Thanks to the snug fit, the system remains securely in place during transport.

Weighing only 4 kg, this UDG Creator Hardcase is a light and practical alternative to a traditional flight case. The sturdy handle and robust zippers make it very suitable for mobile DJs who frequently take their XDJ-AZ with them.

Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Products

• Defective products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept your return at no additional cost. It is important to us that our products meet your expectations.
• Non-Defective Products: If you decide to return a non-defective product, we are willing to take the product back, provided it meets the conditions described in this policy.

New and Lightly Used Products

• New Products: Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
• Lightly Used Products: We accept returns of lightly used products, provided they are in their original packaging and include all accessories.

Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

Return Methods

• In-Store: Products can be returned to any DJ Supply store.
• By Mail: Returns can also be sent by mail to our return address. Please contact our customer service for the correct address and procedure.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be charged for non-defective products. Defective products will be accepted without a restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the amount to appear in your account.
