The UDG Ultimate DIGI Backpack Black/Orange is a versatile backpack for mobile DJs and producers. The bag offers space for a laptop, compact MIDI controller, audio interface, headphones, cables, and other accessories you need during a gig or studio session.

The separate side pocket provides quick access to a laptop up to 16 inches, without opening the main compartment. The spacious main compartment can accommodate a second laptop or compact MIDI controller. A removable, padded storage pouch is included for an audio interface.

On top of the backpack is a padded quick-access compartment for headphones. The bag also features five zippered pockets for USB sticks, SD cards, cables, power supplies, cameras, and other personal items. The S-shaped shoulder straps ensure comfortable carrying.

Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Products

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept your return at no extra cost. It is important to us that our products meet your expectations.
• Non-Defective Products: If you decide to return a non-defective product, we are willing to accept the product back, provided it meets the conditions described in this policy.

New and Lightly Used Products

• New Products: Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
• Lightly Used Products: We accept returns of lightly used products, provided they are in their original packaging and include all supplied accessories.

Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

Return Methods

• In-Store: Products can be returned at any DJ Supply store.
• By Mail: Returns can also be sent by mail to our return address. Please contact our customer service for the correct address and procedure.

Restocking Fees

For non-defective products, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply. Defective products are accepted without a restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the amount to appear in your account.
