The RMX-IGNITE is developed by AlphaTheta and seamlessly integrates with the latest club standards. Thanks to Pro DJ Link and digital send/return via USB-C, the unit directly integrates with compatible mixers such as the DJM-A9 and DJM-V10.

The USB-C connection provides both audio and power, keeping your setup tidy and getting you ready to play in seconds.

Digital send/return via USB-C

A quick setup is essential during live performances. With the RMX-IGNITE, you simply connect one USB cable to the MULTI I/O port of your mixer. This provides a fully digital signal path without loss of quality, with minimal latency and maximum reliability.

Sample Trigger Pads & live layering

The RMX-IGNITE features 4 responsive performance pads that give you instant access to 20 built-in Loopmasters samples.
In Overdub mode, you can loop 1-bar phrases and layer samples, adding live dynamics and depth to your set.

Sample Roll & Groove Roll

With Sample Roll, you apply samples in 10 different patterns. The new Groove Roll function allows you to use multiple pads simultaneously, creating smooth, accentuated rolls that enhance your personal style and build extra energy.

RMX-IGNITE Sample Manager & Pro DJ Link

With the RMX-IGNITE Sample Manager, you can easily play your own samples from:
- A USB stick
- any multi-player connected via Pro DJ Link

Samples are loaded directly without separate storage. BPM and beatgrid information are automatically synchronized, so everything stays perfectly in time.

Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Products

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept your return at no additional cost. It is important to us that our products meet your expectations.
• Non-Defective Products: If you decide to return a non-defective product, we are willing to take the product back, provided it meets the conditions described in this policy.

New and Lightly Used Products

• New Products: Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
• Lightly Used Products: We accept returns of lightly used products, provided they are in their original packaging and include all supplied accessories.

Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

Return Methods

• In-Store: Products can be returned to any BSE Pro store.
• By Post: Returns can also be sent by post to our return address. Please contact our customer service for the correct address and procedure.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be charged for non-defective products. Defective products are accepted without a restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the amount to appear in your account.
