Returns of Defective and Non-Defective Products

New and Lightly Used Products

• New Products: Products must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.

• In Store: Products can be returned at any DJ Supply store.
• By Mail: Returns can also be sent by mail to our return address. Please contact our customer service for the correct address and procedure.

Restocking Fees

For non-defective products, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be charged. Defective products are accepted without a restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
